Humble . . . Kind . . . Generous . . .
My life coaching motto is “Humble . . . Kind . . . Generous . . .”, and it reflects my approach to life as well as the central ideas of the research-based Positive Psychology. While these may seem wholly optimistic, it does not mean I go easy on you! Part of coaching is motivating and driving people to rethink and revise behaviors, and it can be hard work.
My Approach – Rapid Results
Here are the steps of my executive coaching process. Using a research-based approach means it may provide you what you need more quickly than you think. Together, we will ensure your executive coaching plan is customized on the areas most important to you.

Define & Envision
Using a collaborative approach, we first define goals and envision what it would look and feel like if they were reality today. This is engaging, inspiring, and energizing!
Identify, Map, & Activate
We work together to explore your strengths and how you leverage them in your life. We set clear, actionable, time-bound goals and develop an insightful, detailed map to get you where you really want to be. It includes exploration of new tools and behaviors, new ways of thinking about things; and we quickly begin implementing positive actions.
Evolve & Expand
Forward momentum requires active application and practice and consistent broadening and building on your progress. We get you on your journey to meeting the potential in your life, career, and organization.
Are you getting most from your teams? Are they inspired, working as a cohesive unit, and challenged to be their best?
